RECEPTION /OFFICE AREA, COMMON AREAS

 

• Empty all trash receptacles and other trash receptacles,

      and relining them

• (some liners must be provided by customer)

• Pick up all trash from floors to designated trash areas

• Spot clean glass doors and or glass partitions (IN/OUT)

• Vacuum office, lobby areas, elevators, and hallways

• Wipe down all entrance doors and elevators (IN/OUT)

• Mop lobby areas, stair cases and any additional common areas

 

BATHROOM

 

• Sanitize and disinfect the entire bathroom

• Empty trash receptacles

• Wipe down partition enclosures inside and out

• Wiped down all mirrors

• Wash down faucet fixtures and sink

• Sweeping and mopping of the floors

• Restocking toiletries and hand paper towels (toiletries

      and paper towels to be supplied by customer)

• Clean and disinfect entrance door and door handles

 

The following additional services are available to Commercial clients:

 

• Wiping down all desk tops

• Sanitizing and disinfecting phones

• Dusting off all filing cabinets, as well as office machinery

• Kitchen cleaning, including sanitizing sinks, moping, and

      cleaning appliances microwave and refrigerator

• Spring Cleaning focusing on discarding heavy trash

• Carpet Cleaning

• We do not contract with hospitals, schools, or warehouse.  All other business types are welcomed and acceptable for our specific commercial cleaning services.

• We contract directly with apartment communities for move in and move out cleaning.
